Orders for In Stock items placed before 2:00 pm Central Time Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Central Time will be shipped out the next business day.

Orders will not be shipped on the following holidays — Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.

Ground shipments will be sent out via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. 2nd Day and Next Day shipments will be sent out with UPS or FedEx.

International Orders: Orders going out of the United States will not be processed by PQP. The customer may make arrangements with a U.S. Exporter and the order will be shipped directly to the U.S. Exporter. PQP will not make arrangements with the U.S. Exporter, this is solely the responsibility of the customer. All orders must be paid in full before PQP will ship out.
